Which data and why
For an order we keep your name, address, email address, phone number and what you bought, and for a company order also the company name and VAT number. We use that data to deliver your order, for any returns or complaints and for our bookkeeping.
If you send us a message, we keep what you fill in to answer your question.
Payment runs through our payment provider; we do not see your card details. Your password is kept encrypted, we cannot read it either.
Sharing and keeping
We use your data ourselves only and do not pass it to third parties, except to those we need to pay and ship your order. We never rent or sell it. We do not keep it longer than necessary, and the bookkeeping as long as the law requires.
Cookies
In your browser we keep your cart and, if you sign in, your session. We use Alexander (alxndr.ai) to measure visits to the website, without cookies and without personal data.
Your rights
You can always view, correct or erase your data, and delete your account yourself via My account. Email info@musthave.be for this.
